My independent reporting on several cases has gained national and international attention, from rapper Tory Lanez’s sentencing for shooting Megan Thee Stallion to actor Danny Masterson’s sentencing for rape and the support letters written by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
I spent several days reporting and writing an in-depth article about the role support letters play in sentencings, then I landed a major exclusive by publishing a phone call between former Major League Baseball pitcher Trevor Bauer and Lindsey Hill, who accused Bauer of sexual assault in 2021.
Upcoming cases include a federal murder-for-hire trial involving Paris Hilton’s former business partner, rapper A$AP Rocky’s assault with a firearm case, a lawyer suing singer Post Malone and his former girlfriend, hip-hop moguls T.I. and Tiny Harris’ third trial over the L.O.L. Surprise! OMG Dolls, former Los Angeles City Councilman Mark Ridley-Thomas’ appeal of his federal bribery scheme convictions and former Los Angeles City Councilman José Huizar’s public corruption sentencing.
In order to keep doing this work, I need to secure more income through paid subscriptions to my ad-free mailing list and website.
